Team access

Let your staff work in Studio without handing over your account.

4 steps

Your account holds your books and your earnings. Sharing the login shares all of it, and afterwards you can never tell who did what.

Giving each colleague their own access costs you nothing and means:

  • They sign in with their own account, never yours.
  • They can only do what you allow.
  • Every book records who created it.
  • You can take the access away in one click when they leave.
  1. Open Settings and go to the Team tab. (It only appears for approved publishers.)
  2. Click Add Member.
  3. Paste their wallet address. Ask them for it — they can copy it from their own profile. It begins with 0x.
  4. Fill in Name / Tag so you remember who it is later, for example Ayşe — editorial.
  5. Choose the role and save.

They will see your Studio the next time they sign in. There is no invitation email to wait for.

Tip:The person has to have signed in to nft chain at least once before you can add them — that is how they get an address to give you. If they say they cannot find it, walk them through Open your account first.
  • Viewer — can look at your books and reports and change nothing. Right for an accountant or an agency.
  • Editor — can add, edit and delete draft books. Right for whoever prepares your listings.
  • Publisher-Mint — not available yet, marked soon.
Good to know:Sending a book for review and publishing it always stay with you. Whatever role you hand out, only your own account can take those two steps. Your staff prepare the work; you are the one who approves it. An editor will only ever see Save as Draft.

In the Team table every row has Edit and Revoke.

  • Edit — change their name or role. The wallet address cannot be changed; if it is wrong, revoke the row and add the correct address.
  • Revoke — cuts off their access immediately. The row stays in the list so you keep the record, and Re-activate brings them back if they return.

Revoke on the day someone leaves. It takes ten seconds and it is the most useful security habit you can build.
