Welcome to nft chain. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the nft chain platform, including our website, applications, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of nft chain complies with the laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
2. Your Wallet & Account
nft chain is a non-custodial platform. You connect and control your own digital wallet, and you alone are responsible for securing your private keys and recovery phrase. We never have access to your keys and cannot recover them or reverse transactions on your behalf.
- Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Digital Assets & Content
The Platform allows you to discover, publish, buy, and sell NFT-based books and related digital assets. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must hold all necessary rights to it. You agree not to upload material that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
4. Fees
Transactions on nft chain may be subject to platform fees and blockchain network (gas) fees. Network fees are set by the underlying blockchain and are outside our control. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
5. Prohibited Activity
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others;
- Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. nft chain does not guarantee the value, authenticity, or future performance of any digital asset.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
